STEP 1: Free Introductory Workout
Give us a call (561-252-1384) or schedule a FREE intro workout.
This will be a 1-on-1 private training session designed to evaluate your fitness level and to identify any fitness or injury limitations. After this intro workout and assessment, we'll discuss your fitness goals with you and make a determination as to the best way to integrate you into full blown CrossFit.
Be sure to eat 2-3 hours prior to training and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Plan on arriving 5-10 minutes early to fill out the Waiver and Intro form.
STEP 2: Foundations Training
Progression will be through our Foundations Training course (6 sessions), or though an option to test out. The Foundations Training is designed to ease you into the high intensity programming of CrossFit as well as teach you each of nine foundational movements and exercises essential to all CrossFit workouts.
Foundations training for 6 sessions is $180 per person. If you are a couple we will train you together, the second person being half-off the full rate.
In some cases, we may need to take more than six sessions. We will discuss that with you and make that determinination with plenty of time to go over options. Our PRIMARY mission is to make you more fit. In order to do that, some people need more initial training and education. If you have questions or concerns at any time about the process, please don't hesitate to call or ask in person.
STEP 3: Membership
Upon completion of the Foundations Training and the demonstration of competency in those essential movements, you're eligible to become a member of CrossFit StPete and start down the life changing path of vastly improved fitness, health and athleticism.
