 1) How did you get started in Crossfit?

Saw Crossfit games and it peaked my interest
 
2) How long have you been doing Crossfit?
3 months
 
3) How much weight and/or body fat percentage have you lost?
Lost 25 pounds and 5% body fat
 
4) What was your first initial impression of Crossfit on your very first Crossfit Workout? What made you come back for more?
The vibe of the gym was great. no drama, just a serious workout atmosphere. Wendy, my trainer, pushed me to do things I don't normally think I can do. I was hooked.  
 
5) If you could describe Crossfit in one sentence: what would it be?
Workouts that push your mind and body to be the best they can be. 
 
6) What is your most hated Crossfit workout?
Anything that contains "overhead squats"
 
7) What type of training did you do prior to Crossfit and how does it compare?
General gym workouts, lifting, basketball, racquetball, running. Those things gave limited results and showed little difference in body and muscle structure. 
Crossfit instantly showed results. I saw a change in 2 months that I had not gained in 3-4 years of standard gym membership. 
 
8) Are you involved in a sport outside of Crossfit? If so, what ? and how has Crossfit helped you in your sports' performance?
The sport of life. AT 42 I am just trying to stay fit, so I can hike, canoe, play soccer, paddle board. It has helped me in all areas with my fitness and strength.
 
9) If you could design a Crossft T Shirt- What would the slogan be?
 If it is to be, it is up to me.
 
10) What is your favorite thing about Crossfit St Pete?
The team atmosphere. The support everyone gives feels great and makes the workouts easy. 
 
11) If you had to do a cameo appearance one of the following reality TV shows: which one would you pick & why?: Jersey Shore, The Real Housewives of Orange County, American Idol, or Keeping with the Kardashians ?
Kardashians: I would throw mud on all of them. What a waste.
