A flexable and open workout schedule...
We are open from 5:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m. and then 1:30 p.m.- 7:30 p.m. every weekday. Saturdays we're open from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for Team Workouts and for workouts by appointment. Sundays we're recovering and prepping the gym for the next week.
Our training times are based on your schedule. We highly encourage you to come by at your convience and try us out (beats reading the web site and watching the video). Just give us a call, or send an e-mail, and schedule a session with us.
