You’ll be participating in a 90-minute one-on-one, or small group session, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
The Introductory Class is your first step to starting Crossfit. During the class we discuss the Methodology of Crossfit and teach you some of the basic body weight movements that are necessary before you can learn more advanced movements or movements with a load.
The Class is also designed to teach you that many Crossfit movements have scaling options available and to slowly introduce you to functional fitness. After completing the Introductory class you will move on to Foundations. Foundations consist of four one hour session with a Coach.
Once you have completed the Introductory and the Foundations classes you will be able to attend regular Crossfit Classes.
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. CrossFit St. Pete is located and easily accessible from all of St. Petersburg.
