Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
 - 4 Tablespoons almond butter
 - 3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
 - 2 tablespoons dry roasted cocoa nibs
 - 3 scoops Ascent whey protein
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon Optional
 
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
 - If too dry, add a small drop of water to moisten
 - Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes
 - Remove and make into 12 balls
